Gerber Products interview questions

The process took about two weeks. I went to the career fair and got a call to schedule the interview next day. The interview is very relaxed and mainly behavioral questions, so STAR method is a sufficient approach. No technical questions/IQ test questions asked. It took around 40 minutes. The interviewer ended up having a great conversation with me and it was a very positive experience.

Several interviews in one day after the initial phone interviews. I had to keep the wheels turning and contacted Human Resources several times to get updates on the hiring process.
