I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google Cloud (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Recruiter screening is quite straightforward. They just go over your resume.
Interviews are tough. Especially GCA interviews. I was asked to take it second time as the first one was not satisfactory.
You need to spend a lot of time. If you are not knowledgeable about the GCP, I suggest going through the certification process.
One thing that helped the most is working with a coach. There are only a few coaches who focus on Google interviews. I can't emphasize enough. They will give you the perspective you cannot find anywhere else.
I worked with ghire folks. They helped me with GCA, Leadership and Googliness. So pity there are no coaches for GCP role related prep.

Question 1
Imagine you are tasked to open a datacenter in China, how would you go about it?
If you had to increase the number of Cloud users by 10% in 6 months, what would you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google Cloud (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2022
Interview
Long process, friendly people and communicative hiring manager. The process itself was clear but the hiring result was a bit unclear for me. Not sure what more I can say about my hiring process at Google.
