3 separate standard interviews. GCA, RRK, Googleyness and leadership. All very scripted & robotic process. It’s quite important to well resided with real example stories. It’s a hard process if you do not prepare properly.

Interview
First chat with recruiter about your profile and motivation, then role related knowledge interview with one of your future peers, then googleyness and leadership with someone from the different org and in the end chat with the hiring manager, checking the team fit and cognitive abilities

What would you do if your client signed an offer with a competitor XYZ in ABC industry? How would you approach the next pitch?
2 round of panel interviews and a final with the hiring manager. They use pre approved questions for the 2 panels focusing on Google qualities. Fairly straight forward, no gotchas or big surprises.
