Google Cloud Technical Program Manager interview questions

Got a call for a position in the NPI team, for a phone interview. The interview was rescheduled several times and it took more than 6 weeks to complete a 30min call. Then, 2 weeks later, after going back and forth with the recruiter multiple times, I was told that my resume wasn't read correctly and that there was a misalignment b/w the job role and my profile. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of time. It just goes to show how much they value your time. It really took 8 weeks to complete a 30min call?? It's hard to believe!!!
