A lot of preparation is needed prior to the interview. There is several screening processes before you make the interview stage. The interview is then challenging with three individuals on the interview panel. the remote interview made it more difficult as it was hard to read the mood of the room during the interview
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.

Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference
