Interview
The interview process starts with an initial screening, often a phone call, followed by in-depth face-to-face or virtual interviews. Candidates might undergo technical tests, behavioral evaluations, and team interactions. The final stages usually involve HR discussions, negotiations, and potentially an offer. Feedback is provided if a candidate isn't selected.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
