The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Google (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was thorough and well-structured. It began with an initial phone screening with a recruiter who asked about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the role. This was followed by a technical assessment that tested my problem-solving abilities and coding skills. Afterward, I had two rounds of interviews: one was a technical interview with a senior engineer, which included a live coding challenge, and the other was a behavioral interview with a manager focused on cultural fit and teamwork. The entire process took about two weeks, and the communication was prompt and transparent throughout.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
