First round interview for YouTube division, wrote SQL in Google Docs for screener before talking to anyone, was 3 questions timed at 45 minutes. Got generic rejection after several days.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
