Recruiter reached out after applying online. tried to set up time to interview but then they never got back to me. Really disappointed that I didn’t get a chance. Open to interview again
The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Google in Jul 2022
Interview
Very long process but worth it! 1 recruiter call, 1 speaking with someone in the company of same position, 1 speaking with an ERG member (optional), 8 hour loop of 6 interviews, team matching calls after passing loop
Pretty straight forward, but in the end they didn't have much to offer. It was a contract position for only 3 months. The pay was quite high but not job security.
