Recruiter Contact --> Virtual Interview (1-3 questions, easy and medium leetcode, DFS knowledge highly recommended) --> Team Manager Interview (more of formality to see if the team is a good fit and you would like to be assigned to them)

The first step is to send resume, then complete OA, then two interviews 45 mins each that are on CoderPad. I only got this far but after it would be a phone call with a possible team lead.
