I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Great Clips (Denver, CO)
Interview
Brief. They will take basically anyone with a current license. They will make you do a “technical skills” interview, but only as a formality to seem legit. They don’t care how your customer service is, if you actually have the skills to perform the job, of if you have any industry preferences (for instance, if you don’t offer perms), or if you are filthy and wearing inappropriate clothes. They simply need warm bodies on the floor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you to bring your cosmetology/hair license, driving license and social security card, because everyone gets hired.

I interviewed at Great Clips (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,

We appreciate you sharing the interview process! Thank you for the feedback.
They did an in person interview and a technical interview, it wasn't too hard of an interview process. The technical is intimidating at first but its not too bad and the manager was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Great Clips (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I got an immediate call after applying online. A recruiter took me out for coffee and a quick chat. They offer a lot training so they focus more on advertising what your job could be like if you accept the job offer.
