HCLTech Technical Lead interview questions

The first round was an MCQ and coding test through Skillenza. Followed by a one-round technical discussion. Apart from that, there were no interviews. Only salary discussion was there. But it was a time taking procedure. I called for the Face to face interview two months after the test completion.

Based on the project and the tools mentioned in the Resume. Prepare well for the languages you have mentioned in the Resume. First Resume will be shortlisted. Followed by technical round, Managerial round and HR round
