It took a whole day, and it was in 3 parts. Presentations first, group exercise next and one-on-one interviews last. The whole process took about 4 months, with our offer letters coming after the medicals, which I thought was wrong

Question 1
Give a scenario where you had to work on a tight deadline
HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.

1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
