I applied through an employee referral. The process took 15 days. I was asked to have an on-site interview with them. On the interview day, first I made a presentation of my PhD dissertation. Then, I had several 30 mins meeting with the team members. Some were technical while some others were non-technical. Overall, I enjoyed.
