Interview
It started by putting the resume in the career fair in our university, then we were called for a written exam. It was very easy some math and engineering principals. Lastly, we had the phone interview, and an email saying you are accepted into the program.
Overall, it was a a very easy selection process, however a very long one. Sometimes , I even needed to call them and ask them about the results of each step.

Question 1
They were all regular questions, such as: Why do you want to join us? Why you? your point of strengths and weaknesses ..etc
It was an exam divided into English, mechanical, and IQ sections, where each part tested different skills, including language comprehension, engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning, requiring focus, problem-solving ability, and time management under strict conditions.

Interview
was good and useful, asked different questions and really tested both my technical and HR knowledge. asked me various question and made me feel comfortable at the same time it was really intense.
1 test and 1 interview, first was ro talk to ANCABE and then got called in to an interview with my manager and mentor.
They liked my cv and history and hired me for a year
