Interview
It was a 2 day interview session. There were multiple occasions where you are being assessed. There was a dinner networking sessiond with top management, 10 min presentation on a topic of your choice, more 1-1 interviews and group assessments. Overall, be mentally prepared to be in your best condition for 48 hours straight

Interview
There are two rounds of interview. After submitting CV at school, if shortlisted, HR manager will call up for first round of interview. The interview consist of all behavior questions whereby you are supposed to think of examples of certain situations and how you handled that and what's the outcome. Once passed the first round, they'll call you for a dinner to enable you to know more about the program before going to the second round.
For the second round, it consist of two sessions of face to face interview just like the first round plus a session to present on any topic you like to show your presentation skills.
