Interview
Applied online and contacted by HR via email. Met with HR first, then with the editor I would be working under. Pretty standard interview. Make sure to research the books of the company, also be prepared to talk about what books you like to read/what you're reading now. They will ask for references. Each interview took about 20 minutes.

Interview
Smooth process for the position overall. I heard about it through a reference, so I applied through the editor directly. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and it was pretty standard in terms of questions, none too tricky. It was more conversational than anything. I was asked to do a reader's report on a manuscript after.
A couple days later I had a phone interview with HR, which was quite short, about 10 minutes. Questions were asked quickly, almost as if it was off of a sheet. A little weird, but not bad per se.
The offices are beautiful by the way.

Interview
I Interviewed here with two editors. It was a pretty quick interview. They asked about what I was reading, why I wanted to work there, and a few situational questions, along with other standard interview questions. They described the job and wanted to make sure I was up for something fast-paced with many responsibilities. It was obvious that they had a lot of candidates they were interviewing.
