Question 1
How would you describe your familiarity with Adobe InDesign?
I applied online. I interviewed at HarperCollins in Apr 2024
Interview
I was called by the HR for the first round and the manager for the second one. In the first call, I was given details about the profile and the expected work and in the second round, I was asked questions
HR called to confirm my interest in the position and once we secured a date and time, I was moved on to the hiring manager interview. The interview went smoothly and last about 45 minutes to an hour. started out with getting to know one another and then some behavioral questions. The flow and movement between question and answer went natural and I was able to gather information about the next steps successfully. I loved openness of the interview and it felt more like a natural conversation than anything else which made me feel very comfortable.
