They are very polite and ask basic customer service questions. They emphasize how you must be able to multitask. You must be able to work a lot, I don’t think the hours are very flexible.

It's very casual. Let them know your goals and how the position will get you there. They look at your personality, rather than selling yourself. Be confident enough because everybody can be trained but not everybody has the capacities to handle the stress of hospitality industry.

Finding the location is easy with google maps, parking is accessible, interview is informative about the tasks of day to day operations. The length of the interview was about 30- 40 minutes.
