Hilton Guest Service Representative interview questions

Minimum 6 months experience working in a performance driven role with specific metrics/goals Minimum 6 months experience in a role requiring you to work well with people, negotiate, overcome objections, and/or upsell/cross-sell Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English Minimum 1 year steady job experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role High school diploma or equivalent

I applied online. Took the assessment test. 2 days later I got a call asking if I were able to do a digital interview. The interviewer was very nice. The questions are not too hard. Tell something about yourself etc.
