Easy interview process. Two phone interviews and two in person interviews. First in person interview was with my direct manager. Second interview was with the finance director. Generic questions for the in person interview. Basically explained job scope.
they used a video interview and there were 2-3 questions, most asking why the company and the role and then at least 1 competency question in the interview process -
Het was een heel prettig gesprek, ik werd goed op mijn gemak gesteld. Daarna werd er goed doorgevraagd, maar wel op een prettige manier. Er was meteen een klik. Ook werd er snel terugkoppeling gegeven.
