Hilton interview questions

Filled out online application. Was contacted through email to complete a digital interview with Hirevue. You have about 3 days to complete it. I'd recommend using a webcam on a laptop instead of using your phone. The interview was about 8 questions. Half were video and half were questions you had to type out. Most of the video questions were situational and one of the questions asked why I wanted to work for hilton. Practice before you start the interview and dress professional. After the digital interview was completed I received another email the next day saying that someone will call me in for an in person interview. The in person interview was short. Only asked 2 questions and then I was given a tour of the building. Make sure that while the interviewer is talking that you engage in conversation. Don't just nod your head; give examples from past experiences that relate to the job. I was contacted 2 days later by phone and email that I got the job. The process was very quick. When I got the job I was asked to fill out paperwork online and then I was contacted to attend a 2 day mandatory Job Orientation (8 hours each day; usually Monday and Tuesday).
