My recruiter was very thorough and kind. My interview went about 45 minutes. She followed up as she promised within a week to inform me that I did not get the job. They were looking for an attorney with more experience in IT. I was requested my salary expectation; answered 150K and told that it was on target.

I always find "where do you see yourself in 5 years" a difficult question. It is not a good question for an attorney.

Interview
You log on to their company's website and look for job openings and then apply. If they feel that you are qualified they will call the candidate and and ask him/her a few general questions and then they will explain the position more in detail. After that they will invite you to attend an interview in their hotel. At the interview they will ask more job specific questions.
