I was selected as a management trainee at Hitachi energy through campus placement there was online assessment, group discussion round, ppt creation on spot topic and explaining it, then general HR round all was done in a single day. The interview process overall was smooth.

Resume projects needs to be explained clearly that is what they expected the most and pointed out initiations and clear points in GD round.

It is really competitive but when you are good with basics you can crack it. The company needs a person with an open mind to learn more rather than a person who sticks just to the choice of particular work on their own

Interview
Got a call through online job portal.
After 10 days, HR team contacted and scheduled the Technical interview with Chennai Team. This call lasted for barely 60 minutes.
After 20 days, 2nd Technical Discussion was scheduled with onsite team. Mostly Technical questions were asked and some basic behavioral questions. This round took 1 hour and 15 mins.
After 2 weeks, Got a call from HR and started with HR discussion and salary negotiation. Accepted Offer.
The entire interview process took 2 months.
