Interview
I made a test that is sent only to the 25% of applicants and after 1 week I was invited for an online interview on Teams with the HR. The interview lasted for 45 minutes. First, introduce ourselves, then specify my motivations, what are my strengths for the program, give examples from work that demonstrate these examples, then the program was presented to me in two slides, I was asked if I had thought which rotations I would like to make.

Very slow process, around two months between when I submitted my application and when I had my screening call with the program coordinator. About a month in I was sent a link to do some online assessments. Despite him saying that I would hear back regardless of if I moved on to the next round of interviews, I never heard back again. Easy interview questions, but found inaccuracies in the posting, it seems like they just copy and pasted the US stuff for the Canada position so overall found it unprofessional.

Interview
One phone interview and one video interview, both behavioral. Super standard behavioral questions, just practice the most commonly asked questions for preparation! Interviewers are very friendly and it is a smooth process.
