went in took a typing test they let you take it 3 times. then was interviewed by 2 separate people interview took 30min. Was told I would get a call back within 24 hours never received a call

Phone interview first, basic questions and get to know you. If you are currently in college, they'll ask you what field you're studying. The more technical field (engineering), the better. I was studying computer science at the time so that's a huge plus in itself.
