Huawei Technologies Lead Optimization Engineer interview questions

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds, HR, Technical including some coding questions and some more detailed questions, and then another round with the group lead + team and one with the department head. Every round was fair. HR was pleasant, coding and technical was fair and not too difficult, the individual team and department head talks were more a get to know than an exhaustive questioning. Overall, each round was very appropriate and it never felt awkward/uncomfortable.
