It was one interview. They tested me on my wine knowledge and asked about my experience serving. As well as what i would do in different situations. I was asked about different cuts of steak as well and tested on my knowledge of allergies.

The interview was a two stage process, I first had a discussion with the HR department before the same day speaking with the head waiter who asked me a few questions and then asked me to come do a trial shift

Please tell me about a time when you were faced with a customer complaint and how did you handle it?
It was kind of long and you meet all those applying for the same position. It starts as a group interview then solo interview. Once you’re hired You then go to the dining place and have lunch and get a tour of the whole building
