Hyre interview questions

There was two levels for the interview. First one was a phone in Interview which basically asked me about all the academic projects i had done in university. The second was a face to face interview with ine of the developers at hyre. Almost all of the questions were behavioural and about my previous employment. I do think they prefer someone with knowledge on ruby
