IBM Analyst interview questions

Interview was simple and easy. Total 2 rounds of interview.. First technical round and manager round. Later on HR discussion and background verification and within a couple of week i received a call and the offer letter too.

Online cognitive ability test followed by an interview. The test was more about how quick learner you are and to check analytical skills. The interviewer was like, we don't bother much about technical skills as we have very good training infrastructure in place so didn't go into too many details.
