IBM Associate Director interview questions

Interview process started with initial phone screen with recruiting professional. He made it hard to negotiate the interview schedule. Eventually, I went through two successful interviews only to stumble on the third interview out of the total four lined up. It was a great and positive experience with the first two guys, whereas it was terrible with the third interviewer (an Associate Partner). Initially, neither did he confirm the interview schedule, nor did he allow me to reschedule and called 45 minutes late. He boasted of what he's done and how he likes to conduct interviews which didn't make sense to me anyway. Eventually, he contradicted every answer I provided making it hard to understand his logic and agenda. Overally, it was a neutral experience and I wish the team I interviewed with "good luck".
