I went through an online assessment, focusing on numerical and logical reasoning. They called me two weeks after I completed to do a phone screening (I guess the Christmas and New Year period caused a bit of delay on my application). The conversation lasted for around 10 minutes. After that they called me to arrange an interview the week after.

It was a pleasant interview with an excel test in the end that focused on excel functions like pivot tables, vlookups and sumif functions. I interviewed with 3 managers and one financial analyst that was currently working at IBM. It was a cool and relaxed interview where I didn't feel pressured in at all.
