I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Coding challenge, coding interview, mentor discussion, 'finish line' recruiting event, offer. Recruiting event was to gauge the culture of where IBM wants to go (not necessarily where they are). They want to know what you want to do so don't be afraid to voice where you want to live/work on as it can have an impact.
