I applied on the official website, got contacted by a recruiter through email and then got invited to an assessment day, spending the whole day at the office and by the end of the day there was the interview.

It was a friendly discussion with the director and a team lead, I was a fresh graduate at that time and all they focused on was the mindset and the attitude.
