Interview
You have 2 - 30 minute sessions. 1 session for soft-skills (scenario situations and goals/aspirations and 1 session for technical skills (such as excel and VBA). Overall it's a very laid back process and I felt that it went fairly quickly. There were no tricky questions.

Interview
Two in person interviews, both were on campus and fairly relaxed. Just be prepared to flequently walk through the skills/experiences you've had that would help in the job. If you have VBA or advanced excel knowledge be prepared to talk about loops and the specific functions you can use.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
Efficient process, 1 aptitude test, 3 phone interviews back-to-back and an Excel Skills test. The IPAT exam is tough, use online resources to prepare for the number sequence section. The interviews gauged general competencies, i.e. communication, teamwork, etc., however, they were also used to assess organizational fit. Excel test is easy if you work with the program on a regular basis.
