IBar interview questions

30 minutes before my scheduled interview, someone called to reschedule. I showed up for my rescheduled interview and there was no one to interview me. They had me fill out pre-application forms in the meantime. However, after filling out the forms, I was told that no one would have time to meet with me, they would review my forms, and contact me. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. If this is how the organization treats you during the interview process, I can only imagine how they treat you once you're an employee.
