Panel discussions, 3 persons consist of HR person, user and project manager. The interview start with introduction about the organization, introduce their title and expertise, then start ask question to me

the interviewer ask about background, experience, your strength and weakness. They also open about the issues in their offices and ask how you handle it with those situations. The kind of interview is like panel discussions, at least 3 persons that ask question to me alternately.
