IFRC interview questions

The interview was a mix of an interview and a written test. Cannot now recall the number of panel interviews to go through but around 1-2. A neutral experience overall.

Standard interview approach for international organizations. Three members in the panel, including potential direct supervisor, HR-manager and head of another division. General, behavioral and technical questions. Super friendly and inviting atmosphere. Approximately 40-50 minutes long.
