I was approached by a very friendly HR recruiter on Linkedin, I submitted my CV and portfolio to him. We had two interviews on Zoom with department heads sitting in on the interviews. The questions were challenging but easy for me to answer. Be sure you have data and evidence to back up your numbers. They really love numbers and big results. It was a positive experience, even though I didn't get the role. The interviews lasted for 45 minutes and it was from the team in China, you need to be somewhat flexible to work with the time difference.
