Quickly after having applied, I had a brief chat with HR on the phone about the role and my experiences, a fairly standard procedure. A few weeks afterwards, I was invited to see the senior analysts, which followed the typical interview format, consisting of questions regarding the industry, assorted case studies, past experience, etc., the usual. Shortly before the interview, I did complete an Excel-based remote test and the results of which were explored during the said session.
Subsequently, I was invited to see them again together with one of the managing directors. The second interview followed the same format as the former, though with a short chat on the remote written test that was completed prior to the day. All in all, the interviewing process was enjoyably smooth, with its straightforward framework and professional hiring managers. Both interviews were pleasant.
It was alas disappointing in not being contacted by HR concerning one's standing, nevertheless to receive any feedback or motivation however concise, despite reaching the final stages in the recruitment process, hence the negative rating (otherwise, I'd have given it a positive rating), as this feels rather unprofessional on their behalf, granted that this took a few months.
