Two interviews with different department managers, one sales, one finance. Both really nice. Got through both interviews, but later on not even a decline email to tell me that I failed.

First Round - Pymetric Test
50 out of 120 candidates were shortlisted for the second round.
Second Round - Online Test (2hr) Programming MCQ + 2 coding question
Around 15 were shortlisted for interview and finally 5 were selected.

Interview
The process was good and not at all grilling. They really make you feel at ease. Panel consisted of one person and I had one interview only. The process was smooth and the complete process took a week.
