After applying I was notified that I had progressed through the initial phase of selection and was given an assignement to be completed and submitted. Once this was completed I was notified that I was invited for an interview.

Numerous questions varying from technical to more character-based questions. One particular question was what I wanted out of my career eg. good relationships etc.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IHS Markit (Bengaluru) in Oct 2020
Interview
A Pymetrics test, two technical rounds and 1 hr round. Pymetrics test is conducted on pymetrics.ai and other tests are conducted on a virtual interview on video call due to pandemic
