IHS Markit interview questions

Progressed from 3 phone interviews to 4 30 minute 1-2-1 interviews. Communication good, but difficult to identify decision maker(s). Interviews a mix of experience and competency questions. Smart offices, but place seemed strangely dead and subdued. The employees I met were friendly, but, with the exception of the HR contact, were not brimming with enthusiasm or commitment.
