The interviewers were polite and professional; however, I found the overall interview process unacceptable for a multinational company like Inditex. Conducting interviews in the middle of a corridor, without a proper office space or even a window, does not provide a suitable environment for candidates. I was expected to remain standing for approximately thirty minutes while answering questions, and the poor ventilation and oppressive atmosphere caused significant discomfort. At one point, I felt close to fainting due to the heat and lack of fresh air.
