First you have a phone call from the company and they ask you about your background information.And secondly they want to interview with Skype. They ask some general questions about your past experiences. THE FINAL 1:1 is about technical background.

I attended a group interview with 20-25 others. Firstly they showed us a video and the interviewer told us more about the company. Then we filled in an application form and the interviews took place in the same room with the other candidates. We didn't even sat down! The "interview" was the same question for everyone: "What do you think makes you different?" End of the interview.
