They saw my resume and asked to explain one project. Mine was related to java so they asked how confident are you in java. I said 80% (big mistake) , they said even they dont know that much (neither did i).
I had the idea that they will ask very basic qns related to cs or core java max , but after i said 80% they started with inner working of hashmap , prepared statements , future keyword , autoboxing etc etc. i said most i could but it was not to my level of answer because i hadnt done revision on these topics at all.
Got the role nonetheless as i think interview had 10% say in getting the role , if you are selected for interview you are passed already.

Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
