Interview
It started with a telephonic interview. After clearing telephonic round, there was technical interview.
Then there was a Discussion round. After clearing above rounds there was final HR round, which i cleared.
It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
