Interview
It was a long 1.5 hrs call with the delivery manager covering various aspects of Domain and technical know how and understanding of my profile and past experiences. testing on some situational analysis scenarios and so on. Nowadays, however, the interview process in the SAP space has become very easy due to the mass exodus that the company has been facing. Clearing the Delivery manager round is hte main hurdle to get past the ideal CTC range asked by us. Understand that in this company, the variable pay structure means that you'd need to add in another lakh or two as buffer considering their manipulation of numbers for the three variable components.

why is that company u worked earlier (say company name ) still doing well, or not doing well etc.. (is that product going to be viable in future ?) etc.
Overall, the interview process was well organized and professional. It consisted of an initial HR screening followed by two technical interview rounds and a final discussion with the hiring manager. The interviewers were friendly and gave me enough time to think through my answers.

Overall interview process was:
Very smooth and process driven.
Quick feedbacks.
Quick outcomes.
Technical round was quite difficult, but indepth discussions with the interviewers. HR round was good as well.
Interview process went smooth and questions related to domain and technology were asked.
Few questions on client facing , AI and usage done were also asked. Overall it was a good experience
