I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Bombaim) in Jan 2011
Interview
Infosys recruited from my college through on-campus aptitude test, followed by interviews. They took an aptitude test (Verbal and Quantitative) and the candidates who cleared their undisclosed cut-off were selected for interview. The recruitment team consisted of senior HR employees who were experienced with recruiting from engineering colleges. The interview was in a very relaxed mood. They discussed my final year project, interests in computer science subjects, willingness to relocate and general discussion on my career goals and interests.
Almost all the candidates who interviewed with me got an offer. Overall it was a very positive experience.
