Everybody has to take the initial online test. and then the most creamy pass outs of the test will b interviewed with very practical and cool interview and will be selected .

1 aptitude test consisting of two sections, 1 each for quantitative skills and verbal skills followed by a one on one interview which lasted for not more than 15 minutes.
